Logging In to Digital Measures

Logging In for the First Time or Changing Your Password

If you are attempting to log in to Digital Measures for the first time or if you do not know your password, please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Start by accessing the Digital Measures website by clicking here.
2. Upon arrival to the Digital Measures login screen, look for the blue “Need help?” link, which can be seen directly to the right of the login button (see screenshot below)
   
3. After pressing “Need help?”, a new box will open that says “Get Login Help” (see screenshot below)
   
4. On this screen, click the blue “Reset Your Password” text. Do not fill in the “Your Contact Information” and do not type anything in “Your Question or Issue”.
5. From the “Reset Password” screen, enter your username (ex: john.smith) and then press reset password.
   Note: This is very important….your username will be the prefix of the email address you used to create the account. So for example, if the email address used to create your account was doctorxyz@hmhn.org, your username would be doctorxyz. If you do not know what email address was used to create your account, please email SOMAPC@hmsom.org
   
6. Open the email you receive from info@digitalmeasures.com.Click the link that says “Reset Password”
   Another page will open to create a password, please follow the on screen prompts.

Logging In as an Existing User

1. Start by accessing the Digital Measures website by clicking here.
2. Enter your Username and Password
3. Click “Log In”

Updating Your Password for Existing Users (e.g., those who know their current password, but would like to change it)
