What is Digital Measures/Activity Insight?
Sometimes it is referred to as Digital Measures (company name), by some as Activity Insight (product name) and other as Digital Measures Activity Insight (full name).
Activity Insight (Digital Measures) is an online faculty information management system designed to collect and organize information. It enables you to enter your activity information just once so that many outputs can be prepared, such as annual activity reports, promotion, accreditation reports, your CV, and more. It also assists your administration in responding to requests for faculty‐related data, rather than needing to continually ask you for the information. This enables your campus to communicate more effectively about your accomplishments.
How do I know if I have been set up with a Digital Measures account?
If you currently hold a faculty appointment with the HMH School of Medicine, an account has been created for you. If you do not hold a faculty appointment with the HMH School of Medicine, you must visit the Office of Faculty website to show interest in becoming an appointed faculty member. Once you have completed your interest form, in about 10-15 business days you will receive an email from SOMAPC@hmhn.org with instructions on how to sign in and start your formal application.

How do I access Digital Measures?

I am unable to log into Digital Measures, what should I do?
To set or reset your Digital Measures password, you will need to know your Digital Measures username. Your username is the first part of your email address (provided to the Office of Faculty) before the “@” symbol that we used to create your Digital Measures account. If you do not know what email address was used to create your account, please send a request to SOMAPC@hmhn.org. If you have never logged in, you will need to reset your password.
- Go to https://www.digitalmeasures.com/login/shu-medicine/faculty
- Click “Need help?”
- Click “Reset Your Password”
- Where it says “Email”, enter your username
- Click Reset Password
- Check your email and follow the instructions to reset your password
I do not know which email address the Office of Faculty has for me, what should I do?
Please contact SOMAPC@hmhn.org to find out which email was used to create your account. If you need to change your email used for Digital Measures, the Office of Faculty will do that for you.
I receive a lot of emails from HMH School of Medicine, how will I know which ones are from Digital Measures?
All emails sent from Digital Measures will be sent from:
- info@digitalmeasures.com
- workflow@digitalmeasures.com
- Should the Office of Faculty need to contact you regarding your appointment or promotion, emails will be sent from:
- SOMAPC@hmhn.org
Who will enter my activities into Digital Measures?
Digital Measures is designed for faculty to maintain their own records.
When I log into Digital Measures, I am getting a blank screen, what should I do?
We have found that Google Chrome web browser works best with Digital Measures.
